About the Opportunity:
DataArt is offering a traineeship program for students who are interested in exploring the world of digital transformation in the Mobility & Manufacturing industries. This is an excellent chance to get hands-on experience, learn from industry experts and understand how technology is reshaping automotive, manufacturing, transportation and mobility sectors.

What You Will Learn and Do:

• Get introduced to the challenges and opportunities in Manufacturing & Mobility
• Participate in research, case analysis and internal workgroups
• Support preparation of presentations and materials for internal or partner use
• Observe and contribute to client engagement preparation and solution design processes
• Collaborate with experts in AI, Data, Cloud and Engineering Centers of Competence(Labs)
• Explore career opportunities in IT consulting, business analysis and industry innovation

Who We Are Looking For:

• Students in their 3rd+ year of university studies or recent graduates in Engineering, Business, IT or related fields
• Interest in the automotive, manufacturing, AI or mobility industries
• Willingness to learn, explore and take initiative
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Working level of English (B2+)
• Prior experience is not required — motivation and curiosity matter more!
